Eligibility

Use of the Services
- Play fair: no cheating, exploiting, reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized automation
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers, networks, ads, analytics, or security features
- Do not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Do not attempt to circumvent any technical measures or restrictions
- We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, feature, or the Services at any time without prior notice
Accounts
If a game offers login, profiles, or account features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Content & Intellectual Property
- All game code, software, graphics, audio, text, designs, logos, and other content within the Services are owned by or licensed to TIPITY Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission
- All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed in the Services are the property of their respective owners
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Ads & Monetization
The Services may display third-party advertisements or offer optional in-app purchases. Ad providers and payment processors operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers or their products and services.
You agree not to use ad-blocking software or tools that interfere with the display of advertisements within the Services. Ad revenue supports the continued development and availability of free games.

User Content & Feedback
If you submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or other content ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that User Content for any purpose related to operating and improving the Services.
You represent that you have the right to submit any User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from use of the Services.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TIPITY LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TIPITY Labs and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any User Content you submit.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TIPITY Labs is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection law.
You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@tipitylabs.com before initiating any formal proceedings.
Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TIPITY Labs regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
